The primary goals of BLAIR CHIROPRACTIC in collecting information are to provide and improve our service, to communicate with you, and to enable users of our service to enjoy and easily navigate it. SITE VISITS
We track visits to our website using Google Analytics (GA) so that we can identify the interaction of content on our website. We use this data to determine how many people visit our site, how they find it, and what they find useful on it. Although GA tracks your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but we do not have access to this information. Google is one of our third-party data processors as indicated below. GA also uses cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. WEBSITE AND BLOG COMMENTS
If you choose to add a comment to any posts we have published on our blog, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to our website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address, the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the respective blog post and is not passed on to any of the third party data processors detailed below. Only your name will be shown on the post seen by the public, although if the supplied email address is linked to a Gravatar account, your Gravatar photo will also be displayed.
Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site until the comment or post is removed from our site. EMAIL LIST
If you choose to sign up for our email list, the name and email address you submit to us will be forwarded to Infusionsoft, who we use for our email marketing services. We consider Infusionsoft to be a third party data processor as described below. Your information will remain within Infusionsoft’s database for as long as we continue to use that service for email marketing, or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. Minors under 13 years of age must obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter. While your email address remains within the Infusionsoft database, you will receive regular emails from us about our products and services.
